These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GV555 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing or using GV555, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Only adults aged 18 or over (or the higher minimum required by the licensing jurisdiction) may register. One account per person is permitted. False registration information is grounds for immediate suspension.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe a User is under the applicable minimum age, we reserve the right to suspend the Account immediately and withhold any funds pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during underage use will be forfeited.
You represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. GV555 does not accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location before registering. GV555 does not provide legal advice on this matter.
Pakistani Users: Online gambling is subject to restrictions under Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation. GV555 is not licensed, regulated or endorsed by any Pakistani government authority, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial body. Players from Pakistan access this Platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local law.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any winnings.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Registration using false, incomplete or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal details, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You will also be required to create a secure password for your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. GV555 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email or live chat. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have notified us of unauthorised access.
GV555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, GV555 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.
GV555 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to processing deposits above specified thresholds. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:
GV555 will endeavour to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon receipt of complete and legible documentation. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. GV555 accepts no liability for delays caused by incomplete, illegible or inconsistent documentation submitted by the User.
GV555 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time in connection with its AML, counter-terrorist financing (CTF) or responsible gambling obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
Deposits may be made via the payment methods available in the Cashier at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier. GV555 references familiar Pakistani market payment options — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples only. These references do not imply that any such provider endorses, supports or facilitates gambling transactions. Players must verify actual deposit availability in the Cashier before initiating a transaction, and must comply with the individual terms of any payment service provider they use.
Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) or such other currencies as are made available in the Cashier. Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply. GV555 accepts no liability for currency fluctuations.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements applicable to any bonus are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Real-money funds are not subject to wagering requirements unless they have been mixed with bonus funds in a manner that renders them subject to bonus terms.
GV555 does not accept deposits from or make withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. All funds must originate from and be returned to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts will be refused and may result in Account suspension.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers made available by GV555 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is applied to the bonus amount received. Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements — contribution percentages are stated in the individual promotion terms.
GV555 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on both sides of a market to reduce risk, using irregular betting patterns, exploiting promotional offers using multiple accounts, or any systematic approach that circumvents the intent of a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, GV555 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and permanently close the Account.
GV555 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion are not affected by subsequent changes to that promotion's terms unless the change is required by law or regulation.
GV555 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits, where there are grounds to suspect irregularity in the relevant event, or where a technical error has affected the odds or game outcome displayed.
In the event of a manifest error — including an obviously incorrect price or odds caused by a technical fault, human error or data feed failure — GV555 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether those bets have already been settled. GV555 will notify affected players and refund stakes where bets are voided on this basis.
Sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other sports — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published on the Platform. References to PSL, T20 and ICC tournaments are for contextual sporting purposes only; GV555 has no commercial partnership with PCB, PSL, the ICC or any sporting body.
Casino games, including slots, table games and live dealer games, are provided by third-party game suppliers and are subject to the rules of each individual game. GV555 does not control the outcomes of games provided by third-party suppliers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed by the relevant game supplier and are available within individual game information panels where provided.
In the event of a disconnection during a game or betting session, GV555 will endeavour to resolve the situation in accordance with the game supplier's fair-play guidelines. GV555 is not liable for losses resulting from internet disconnection, browser failure or device malfunction on the User's side.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults and third-party failures may affect availability. GV555 accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience resulting from Platform downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GV555 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including loss of profits, loss of data and any gambling losses sustained. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
GV555 uses third-party service providers for game content, payment processing and other Platform functions. GV555 accepts no liability for any failure, error, delay or misconduct on the part of any third-party provider.
GV555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Users via email or in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting the support team.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GV555 holds its operating licence. GV555 operates under applicable international licensing and is not subject to the regulatory jurisdiction of Pakistan, any Pakistani authority or any Pakistani court.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact GV555 support in writing, setting out the nature of the dispute clearly. GV555 will endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it may be referred to the dispute resolution process provided by the applicable licensing authority, where such a process exists.
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version prevails.
